All patients have been allocated a named GP. The named GP will take lead responsibility for the coordination of all services required under the NHS contract. If any patient wishes to know which GP they have been allocated, or wish to appoint a different GP as their named GP, the patient should contact the practice who will make reasonable efforts to accomodate the request. This said, patients are still able to consult with any GP that they wish.
