Booking Appointments Online

We are not currently offering booking of appointments online via the NHSApp, SystmOnline, or Airmid due to the high volume of inappropriate bookings.

However, we do send out appointment messages for certain enquries, for example; long term condition blood tests, child immunisations, NHS Health Checks, Cervical Screening & flu vaccinations.  These messages may be by email for text.  The message will contain a unique URL to click on.  Once the link opens, you will be asked to enter your date of birth and you will be able to see (and book) any of the available appointment offerings.  Please note that appointments are offered in week blocks so feel free to search through the 'period' options and select available dates.

We are looking to introduce more offerings over the coming weeks and months.

It is important to note that there are some rules for these appointments which are summarised HERE

Who to see

Community NHS services do not consist of only GPs.  We have a wide range of clinical staff at the Practice.  Just because a GP has always been the go-to clinician of choice, another healthcare professional may be best suited to your specific issue, problem or need.  All clinicians work within the scope of their respective roles. Click here for a summary of the multidisciplinary team at Pulteney and Bathampton.

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
