This is just a sample from our extensive list. Our five medical examination doctors are more than qualified and experienced to carry out such examinations, hence our enrolment with the New Zealand government, allowing us to conduct examinations for immigration purposes. The Pulteney practice is working in conjunction with Masta to provide a comprehensive travel clinic for registered and non-registered patients. Clinics will run Tuesday evenings between 4pm and 7pm and Saturdays between 9am and 12pm.

Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, you will need to ensure you are up-to-date with your travel vaccinations. A health brief can be produced online, free of charge, by visiting www.masta-travel-health.com offering tailored travel advice. There will be a charge for advisory only appointments, please enquire on the number below.

You will be responsible for checking your own immunisation history and bringing this along to your appointment. This can be obtained by your GP or nurse.

Self Referrals

 

The primary care trust now allow patients to self-refer for minor Podiatry or Physiotherapy.  We have provided the links below to allow you to download the appropriate referral form.  Completed forms should be sent directly to the service provider stated on the form.  Forms received at the surgery will not be able to be actioned.
